eDirectory

eDirectory offers an elegant and cost effective solution to providing an up-to-date directory for your building. eDirectory comes in two versions, Static and Interactive. Both versions allow for creating your own "Look and Feel", incorporating graphics, logos and personalized directory information.

Large Platform Options

eDirectory can also accommodate larger platforms. The large format kiosk can accommodate interactive mode.

but most large screen formats utilize the static mode. Remitrom provides an Intel computer "stick" which connects to the screens HDMI input.

Interactive Directory

eDirectory first displays the different entities in the building. If there is only one entity, this screen can display departments, or it may be skipped altogether.The visitor can then select a specific individual, eDirectory displays a list of individuals in the selected entity in alphabetical sequence by last 

eDirectory OnSite

Another example of the workflow allows the visitor to select an entity, and then be provided with the location.Once again, eDirectory displays a list of entities available in the building.When the entity is selected information about the entity is displayed.A floor plan of the building is displayed with the selected company location highlighted

Mobile Directory

eDirectory is also available on your mobile device. It may be accessed from a link or QR code. The same capability available on your kiosk is available on your mobile.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we use our own hardware? Yes. You are welcome to purchase your hardware any where you like.

Is Wi-Fi required? Yes. Each eVents Display accesses the church calendar by connecting to our AWS Server through a WiFi connection.

 

Does eForm Install the units? No. We can, however, recomend an installer in your location.

 

How do I update my contacts? In the Settings menu, select "Contacts". You may enter their department, e-mail and/or mobile phone, if they wish to receive SMS messages. You may also designate an alternate contact, if they are not available.

 

Is support included? Absolutely. We offer free unlimited support (even during your free trial) to answer any questions you have.
