Vendors and other visitors may dign in and select the person or department they wish to visit. If the selected person is not available, the member can be redirected as required.

e-Lobby will streamline your member service by routing the member to the correct person or department depending on their need.
Delivery Sign-In
Delivery personnel can sign in and indicate the recipient, and if required, notify the recipient that their delivery has arrived.

E-Mail and SMS Notifications
When members or visitors indicate that they wish to see an individual, e-Lobby will e-mail or text them to indicate that they have a visitor.

Personalized Queues
Each department or team member can view the members that have been directed to them. After they served the member they can indicate service complete.
Analytics
OnCore Lobby will print identification badges for Visitors and Vendors. The badges are uniquely defined for the credit union.
