Quill will allow you to complete your forms for your member to view, then sign or initial the form as required. Quiill can access information from your Core Processor and populate fields in your forms. e-mail or text the completed document, attach supporting documents, and export the document to your Document Archival application

Regulatory and Proprietafy Forms
Any type of form may be utilized in Quill. If it is a regulatory form, we use an image of the document as a template, or use your propriety design or we can design the form for you.
Opeerational Forms
Quill will provide the ability to process internal forms such as Time Sheets, Supply Orders, Personnel Forms and much more. It will also allow application of personnel signatures, and maintain a copy of each completed form. or location.

Core Application Access
Quill can retrieve data from your Core Application and populate fields on your form. Data and completed documents are housed securely in your own environment.
Merge Related Documents
Quill allows you to use your iPad to add any additional items related to your form, such as Drivers License, Marriage Certificate, etc.
Digital Signatures
Your member can sign the form directly on your iPad. Quill allows for up to four signatures, and will automatically prompt for signatures if the Member or Joint Member name is present.
eSign Documents
Your member need not be present at your location to sign the required document. Quill can utilize DocuSign or similar online signing application to complete document signing.
E-Mail, Text or Print
Quill allows the member to select how they wish to receive their document. Documents may be securely transmitted to the member's e-mail or cell phone.
Archive Documents
Quill will create a "flattened" Adobe PDF file, or other types of image files, for archiving. The required indexing may be created in the file name, as a "ghost script" on the form, or in a separate text file as required by your Document Archival application.
Privacy & Security
Quill is a completely secure environment. It uses a 512 bit encryption to secure all activirties. Also all completed documents are housed in you proprietary environment.
